Modern instruments for regulating real estate investments

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to find solutions to problematic issues related to the formation of priority instruments for regulating investments in real estate. The experience, facts, and research of scientists and practitioners on the application of investment mechanisms in the real estate market have been studied from theoretical approaches to applied ideas of their modeling. A systematization of modern investment tools in real estate has been proposed, advantages and disadvantages have been revealed, and an assessment of the prospects for their application in the real estate market has been given.

Features and Directions of Real Estate Valuation for the Purposes of State Economic Policy in the Context of Digitalization


The article deals with topical issues of digital cadastral accounting, calculating the value of a real estate object in the context of the dynamics of market indicators. The statistics of the distribution of Russian cities by the indicator of the average level of real estate prices in the context of market types in 2020 are reflected. An approach to the formation of reports on the results of real estate valuation is proposed.

Eurozone on the Verge of Widespread Negative Interest Rates

The global economy, including the eurozone, experienced a shock in 2008. As one of the consequences, central banks of the largest economies in the world, in order to support economic activity, reduced interest rates on loans. Although 11 years have passed, in the eurozone lending rates still remain extremely low. This indicates that the monetary union has not yet recovered from the post-crisis state. In fact, more and more probable is becoming a recently inconceivable scenario that the eurozone for a long time will get into the era of negative interest rates.

Strategic analysis of the use land and property resources of the city of Moscow

The scientific article is devoted to the strategic analysis of the features of the use of land and property resources of the city of Moscow. The focus is on the strategic planning documents currently in force and being developed today in the capital of Russia. Taking into account the analysis of strategic goals and priorities of the land and property policy of the city of Moscow, the medium-term dynamics of the indicators of the efficiency of land use and non-residential premises is revealed. On this basis, conclusions are drawn about the need for a systematic approach to improving the socio-economic efficiency of the use of land and property resources of the city of Moscow.
