This paper analyzes structural changes in the Russian food market in the context of transformation of modern business models. It puts forward the concept of alpha business — a type of corporate organization based on control over high-quality resources and the entire value chain, as well as access to consumers. It is shown that the current stage of economic development is characterized by competitive struggle’s shift from mechanisms based primarily on property institutions and market exchange to control over the infrastructure, logistics and information resources. Using the example of food retail, the author examines formation of integrated corporate systems that allow to coordinate production, distribution and consumer demand. It is concluded that development of such structures tends to form a new development trajectory of the consumer market and transforms the institutional architecture of the food industry.

World trend of the XXI century — Industry 4.0 and digital platforms. In 2014, General Electric (GE) partnered with Big Tech giants — AT&T, Cisco, IBM and Intel — to take control of the global manufacturing industry created the Industrial Internet Contributors Association (Industry IoT Consortium IIC). By 2021, the IIC included Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Accenture, Huawei, Bosch, EMC, SAP, Siemens, SAS and others. GE together with BigTech created the industrial cloud platform Predix, declaring it to be practically an “operating system” for factories, analogous to Android or iOS in the world of machines, the language of the industrial Internet.

However, in 2020 GE and Predix suffered a devastating fiasco.

The article provides an analysis of the root causes and problems, and formulates the requirements for digital platforms of industrial software. The author describes alternative solutions and new principles for implementing digital transformation of Industry 4.0 based on the closing technologies of digital genesis, graph-centric platforms, tools, models and systems of collective conscious scientifically based balanced management (industrial, corporate, social, state). Closing technologies offered by Russia have got an enormous social and political resource.

The purpose of this work is to substantiate methodological approaches to determining the cost of activities of the national program «Digital economy of the Russian Federation». The article presents an analysis of the compliance of this program with the requirements for the structure and content of state programs established in the «Guidelines for the development and implementation of state programs of the Russian Federation» (enacted by the order of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation dated December 26, 2012 № 817). As a result, the main shortcomings were identified and proposals were formulated to improve the level of validity of the main indicators-the volume of financial resources and economic efficiency of measures.

The paper proposes a methodological approach to determining the cost of major activities of major national programs. As a method of solving the problem, it is proposed to use not one but two methods, namely, expert and correlation-regression analysis.

2018 did not bring a significant breakthrough in the Russian digital economy development, the boom is being replaced by disappointment. Digital transformation as a process of cardinal change is gradually being superseded by numeralization or digitalization, that is, simply by converting “everything” into digital form. At the same time, practical issues concerning approaches of the state bodies to implementation of digital economy plans both in the nearest future and in the 5–10 years prospect, stay out of the attention zone. Of paramount importance becomes the discussion by the authorities not about the processes of effective changes in the economy, but the accelerated introduction of foreign digital technologies or provision of services on digital platforms. The article proposes to discuss two stratagems that will allow the government bodies of the Russian Federation to consolidate their leadership position in the digital transformation process, not only by implementing control and supervisory functions, but also through providing greater economic opportunities to large, medium and small businesses based on numeral.

Active development of digital technologies contributes to nascency of new organizational and economic forms of enterprises and associations. However, new business models provide work with limited resources and tasks. The article outlines basic principles of industrial virtual corporations that ensure the use of heterogeneous resources for solving a wide range of dynamically changing business tasks. The authors demonstrate versatility of the proposed model, options and scenarios for its application. Possibility of using the concept of production virtual corporation for traditional companies, possessing many “non-digital” assets, as an innovative form of management is considered.

The article continues the cycle of works dedicated to the social system transition into a new qualitative state — from zoopopulation to psychosocial formation, where the moral-ethical characteristics of people will be the factor determining its further development and functioning. The authors postulate that “singularity” like a “vertical” on a well-known graph of the phase transitions distribution of A.D. Panov is attributable not only to biological and technical development of civilization — “technical singularity”, how it seems to ideologists of transhumanism, but namely to “moral singularity”. Moral and ethical properties, “worked out” by mankind in the course of historical process, have an even higher level of complexity than technical ones, therefore they are the leading factor in the further systemogenetic development of our space-time continuum. Aspiration of the transhumanism ideologists to represent singularity as a result of purely technical progress is an attempt to camouflage due to various information campaigns the destructive “concept”, which somehow manifests itself in the continuum of nonspecific activity results — in destruction of social structures and stagnation of social processes, in blocking the begun phase transition (moral singularity).

The paper describes the psycho-technical effects induced by the global managing class through a global digital platform. These manipulations cause the dehumanization syndrome, as well as establishment of abnormal asocial formations like ISIL and Ukrainian destructive phenomenon.

The paper analyzes the actors purposely using hybrid wars to block historical development process — systemogenesis. It shows the role of the global digital technology platform in managing society destruction.
