Analytical technology of the “economic cross” — a toolkit for modeling the efficiency of closing the nuclear fuel cycle

Changes in the economic development priorities during transition to a post-industrial society inevitably forces us to reconsider approaches to the role of innovation in the modern economy, including in nuclear energy. The life cycles of nuclear energy resources and nuclear power units are intersected, and at this intersection energy is generated, revenue occurs, etc. The rest of these life cycles are mainly costs. Method of analyzing this life cycles intersection was named the “economic cross”. The purpose of the study presented in the article is to specify conditions, under which the final revenue, with regard to discounting, will exceed the total costs, and nuclear power technology will be profitable.

Digital Platform for Managing Scientific and Technological Development within Economic Cooperation Framework

In the circumstances of sanctions-related economic and scientific-technical blockade, the need to build digital mechanisms for managing import substitution processes on the basis of planning and coordinating competencies, similar to the competencies that the USSR State Committee for Science and Technology had, has sharply actualized. It is proposed to use intelligent digital platforms to control the development of science and technology based on the principles of the Soviet information network OGAS and EGSVC projects. The authors of the article substantiate necessity to apply digital information and communication technologies and computing services at various levels of management for innovative agents of any form of ownership through creating and configurating multilayer information-management fields.

Principles of Trust Systems

Principles are the basis of the law: a constant connection between the previous and the next, between the current state of the world and the immediate coming. One of the basic principles of the evolution of human society since ancient times has been the principle of trust — you could only survive together by trusting your own. The principle of trust was the basis for building trust-based management systems that evolved, reflecting the basic models of the market code.

Ensuring Sustainability of Territorial Housing Markets in a Turbulent Economy (on the Example of the Penza Region)

The article provides a comprehensive structural analysis of ensuring stability for the territorial housing market in a turbulent economy on the example of the Penza region. The study was carried out in the following fields: structure of developers, volumes and dynamics of construction, the price range of new buildings. In addition, financial express analysis of the main developers in the region was carried out in order to identify their financial stability over the forecast horizon in the face of economic uncertainty. As a separate segment of the research, it is accepted to study dynamics of the main parameters of the mortgage territorial market as the main regulator of the housing market development. Formulated conclusions provide an opportunity to the subjects of the territorial housing market to form innovative individual corporate and government strategies of sustainable development for the short term in a turbulent economy.

Assessment of the market of innovative startups and stakeholders on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan

Organization of scientific and technological development in the period of command economy: achievements and shortcomings

The article briefly reviews the state of the scientific and technological complex of the USSR in the most favorable period of its economic development (late 1970s-early 1980s). There is shown the structure of the organization of scientific research and the application of findings in the industry. Attention is drawn both to the advantages of centralized planning of scientific and technological developments, and to its disadvantages, in particular, the lack of using methods of economic incentives, which led to a drop in the innovative activity of participants in the scientific and technological process from the development of the idea to its implementation.

Economics and innovations: dialectic of interdependence

The article attempts to analyze the impact of general economic situation in national economy of Russia on innovative industrial development. The impact of innovations to industrial production development has shown in the article. We can see stages of innovative development in current Russian economy. The reasons, which are constraining innovative activity, have considered. The government role in stimulating of innovations has analyzed. The presence of private and budgetary components has noted as a qualitative specificity of Russian economy today. We can see the conclusion about necessity of improvement of management organization system of innovative processes.

Analytical Accounting of Innovation Activities in the Agricultural Industry

The authors have analyzed the legal acts regulating accountancy in the Russian Federation and concluded that they contain no definitions, classification or descriptions of innovations, which makes it problematic to put the corresponding provisions of State programs into practice. The authors suggest singling out “expenditure on innovation” as a separate object of accounting and define it as expenditure for the purpose of improving the quality of production, works and service as well as improving the organizational and management system. This new level of quality can be measured by means of the following indicators: physical properties, chemical composition, technical and economic indicators. In view of the fact that investments in innovation can be referred to as both fixed capital (intangible assets, constant assets) and working capital (elite seeds, young animals, innovative biological additives etc.), the authors suggest adding to entry 08 “Investments in fixed assets” sub-entry 9 “Creating or purchasing innovations as part of fixed capital” and sub-entry 10 “Creating or purchasing innovations as part of working capital”. In view of the fact that Cash flow statement reveals some important analytical information about investing, it would be advisable to add to “Cash flow from investing activities” line 4215 “Cash inflows from selling innovations” and line 4225 “Expenditures on purchasing, creating innovations”.

In the scientific article scientific approaches to management of competitiveness in sphere of services in which frameworks classification signs of criteria of management are revealed by competitiveness are systematized, concepts of competitiveness and a competition of sphere of services are specified. On the basis of a substantiation of application of a method of the added cost of a share capital (share holder’s value added – SVA); a method of the economic added cost of Stewart (economic value added – EVA); a method of the added market cost (market value added – MVA) the rating estimation of an index of competitiveness GCI on an example Central and Privolzhsky Federal districts is made.
