Attempts to violently seize the power in post-Soviet states can be reduced to operation of complex organizational systems, which means that adaptive application of general principles and tools for managing such systems is possible. It is necessary to analyze such processes from scientific point of view and proactively plan measures or better yet, systemic mechanisms, to counter these processes, which will ensure the stability of public administration at various levels of hierarchy and administrative infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

The article examines the problems of transforming the system for economic management of the Russian Federation, which could make it function in conditions of hybrid risks and critical threats. A set of measures for transforming management systems is structured, a number of functional stages is identified. The article substantiates the need to develop both general management and specific technical measures aimed at ensuring that the controlled contour of the system of state and corporate management centers within the resource supply infrastructure should be prepared for these types of risks and threats. The author concludes that the most appropriate management tool is adoption of a digital “twin” model of an economic entity (organizational agent). Obtained results will enable authorities to address organizational challenges in the event of the “drop-out of control centers at various levels” in order to operate with industry (regional) control centers and to work in a dialogue mode with structures of the Russian Federation Government and infrastructure organizations.

The article examines a possible nuclear attack as a civil problem of managing super-large organizational systems. The key tool for structuring the problem is agent-based modeling. Calculations show that even in case of a nuclear attack, the Russian Federation ensures its infrastructural and institutional stability, maintaining all control levers in the loop of state stability and life support for the population while solving the problems of necessary support for defence and security functionality. In this case, a difficult question arises: at what cost?

Trump has become the US president. It doesn’t matter anymore what role the sympathies of voters, political technologies or a well-known force action played. Inviolability of the Atlantic spells about the dominance of democracy has been refuted by the harsh realities of world politics and economics. Vector of the global attack has been determined – China. The article dwells on technology developed and tested in the United States for constructing political future with the help of targeted force actions within the framework of the fuzzy logic of political multi-steps. The failed quasi-assassination attempt on the US presidential candidate Donald Trump on July 13, 2024 is a political combination preempting the civil war. Its goal is to reduce destructiveness of the political clash following the expected and even more dubious than in 2020, Joe Biden’s victory in the 2024 election, which implied incorrect ways of removing Trump from the presidential race. As a result, a bifurcation point in the US political development has been passed: now there is someone to implement a package of unpopular strategic measures to reorganize the US. Essentially, the murky episode of the assassination attempt turned out to be a way out of the political deadlock.

Chronicles of the trade and economic war (sanctions, restrictions, etc., in fact, attempts to organize an economic, scientific and technical blockade) of the conventionally united West against Russia after 2014 in general and after the beginning of the Limited Military Operation in particular clearly demonstrate that Atlantic opponents didn’t manage to defeat us economically. They don’t understand why that happened… Russia, to the whole world’s surprise, is successfully realizing its economic potential, monetizing it into stability of the political regime and building up a victorious defence potential. What’s the cause of such macroeconomic stability (national strength) of Russia?

A number of different kinds of critical situations (from natural and man-made disasters to coup attempts and military operations), which took place primarily in the very last period of our country’s life, demonstrated significantly more serious, close to the maximum possible pressure on security forces and other departments – more than it was envisaged for many post-Soviet years. It became clear that new, more rigorous and effective technologies for forming and developing specialists’ competencies are needed. The purpose of the present article is to develop tools and methodological recommendations for selecting and training personnel for work or service in structures whose functioning involves critical cognitive and psychological workloads, including in complex special situations (operations).

Demographic situation largely determines the strategic prospects of our country in the context of fierce multifactorial competition between various countries of the world and their bilateral and multilateral alliances. The ar ticle examines dynamics of the Russian population trends, individual causes of male excess mor tality, the main factors for increasing the birth rate and also provides a quantitative assessment of the ef fectiveness of some of the above. To assess the consequences an agent-based demographic model of Russia was used and a sof tware package, developed jointly with researchers from China, was applied to make a long-term forecast of our country’s population.

The chronicle of the situation development, which actually came very close to a global military catastrophe, only outwardly looks like a random kaleidoscope of events. Behind the chaos of events, are becoming more evident extremely strict strategic schemes for operating with global power factors in various spheres of activit y: political, military, economic, etc. The article outlines the systemic elements of an approach that considers military conflict in general and Special military operation in particular as a militarized form of struggle for power — an instrument of global economic regulation of economic activit y. This approach makes it possible to focus the key components of Russia’s necessary strategy in the context of a new round of struggle between imperialist predators for the format of systemic and structural redivision of the world that they need.
