The authors considered some aspects of the development of artificial intelligence (AI), the possibility of the emergence of artificial intelligence and the transfer of consciousness to a new substantive carrier as one of the goals of the transhumanism movement. It is shown that the basis for the development of artificial intelligence is formalized (mathematical) logic, while the activity of the human mind (organic unity of consciousness, subconscious and unconscious), the logic of its functioning can not be mathematical formalization. In this regard, the authors believe that the most promising is the concentration of scientific efforts in research on the development of superintelligence. In this case, perhaps the most effective may be artificial intelligent systems that use a set of hybrid mathematical logic

According to the authors, external and internal challenges of Russia, its geopolitical position, as well as Jesuit Wester Russophobia encourage our country to join the group of undisputed leaders of global economic, social and political development. At the same time, preservation of production relations, existing in our socio-economic system now, is a powerful brake on the way of scientific and technological progress and causes significant underdevelopment of the societyэs productive forces. Such a state of productive force does not provide necessary qualitative leap in the social development of Russia and creates unsatisfactory prospects for its safe, sovereign and holistic existence. A systematic approach to the nature and essence of the productive force proves that the main and the single productive force of our society can only be a man, his immediate work. At the same time, the scientific-technological revolution (STR) and the process of conditionally digital socialization (education) are the dominant conditions for effective development of productive force. However, the lack of balance between individuals’ education and upbringing inevitably leads to manifestation of scientific and technical extremism, which can create conditions for destruction of the biosocium itself. One of the main results of scientific-technological revolution is also transformation of scientific and technical production into the first stage of social reproduction, while industrial-manufacturing production is postponed to the second stage. In addition, the key to scientific-technical leap is creating conditions for effective early identification of individuals with the highest level of biological sociality inclinations (with an increased ability to education and training) and their subsequent highly effective socialization (first of all, we are speaking about development of scientific and creative thinking). The main scientific-technical and socio-political condition, providing maximum efficiency of socialization of such individuals and transformation of scientific-technical production into accelerator of social reproduction, is bringing in equivalence production relations and the productive force of society.
According to the authors, corruption, represents the negative of the integral socio-economic phenomenon, like a cancer eats away, in varying degrees, all the public system and the state. Without a radical reduction of corruption, all the most positive and effective socio-economic reforms are doomed to failure. The approach to corruption as a process occurring in the sociobiological hierarchical functional-professional man-made system of society gives you the opportunity to determine the most effective ways of suppressing this phenomenon. In fact, this is a deliberate, permanent and systematic struggle to achieve social dominance over biologiskai in the nature of modern man.
The authors believe that at present under currently existing structure of the economy and industrial relations forming selfsufficient and self-developing integral economic system (IES) is the main prerequisite for further efficient development of Russia as a sovereign social state. The main sufficient condition is an effective economic policy. Moreover, according to the authors, successful implementation of the economic policy without forming the IES is hardly probable. In this regard, the article considers a more detailed substantiation of the need to reform the economy and to form the IES on the basis of a systemic approach and outlines the main directions of economic policy during formation of an integral economic system with regard to foreign effective economic reforms.
Modern foreign policy and external economic situation raise the need for forming an internal integrated economic system (IES). The basic parts (enterprises) constitute the basis of the IES, and the integral efficiency of the IES functioning largely depends on the methodology of forming the system for their internal management. The article dwells on the factors that influence formation of the internal system of the enterprise management. The authors conclude that the basis for creating an optimal internal management system is the effective resolution of a natural-technological contradiction, which requires classification of enterprises by production-technological feature. This classification allows to establish the optimal ratio and practical forms of implementing the principles of centralism and democracy in the enterprise management. The possibility of realizing the principle of democratic centralism on the basis of organizing internal contractual relations in the form of “horizontal” and “vertical” contracts is considered. The article shows the possible influence of the system of internal contractual relations on the efficiency of the enterprise’s functioning and the cardinal growth of the quality of the goods produced.
The article dwells on some issues of forming an integrated economic system (IES) on the basis of its fundamental structural and hierarchical parts, combined by vertical and horizontal connections. Integrity conditions both of basic parts and the system as a whole on the basis of solving the basic socio-economic and structureforming contradictions are formulated. The article describes some cases of social and economic strains, leading to disruption of the system integrity. Possible goals and objectives, which can be put before IES and solved by it, are proposed.
The article focuses on the problems of improving domestic economic policy of Russia. According to the authors, in the coming decades possibility of embedding our economy into the world economy on acceptable to us terms is practically excluded. This necessitates the formation of an internal integrated economic system (IES) corresponding both to external realities and to objectives of emerging social state. At the same time the IES construction should begin with formation of the enterprise share capital as the basis of an integrated economic system. We believe that during formation of the enterprises share capital and the IES such structure forming principles should be considered as democratic centralism and centralized democracy (some combination of centralized and decentralized fundamentals). The article also discusses some issues of education, enterprises functioning and management with regard to the new principles of corporatization.
