The scientific article summarizes the main provisions concerning the status of social entrepreneurship, including criteria for the number of employees, the wage fund, and the category of working citizens. The main measures of state support are classified using the example of the Republic of Tatarstan, including financial measures, consulting, and leasing.

The program to support the development of renewable energy sources on the territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as DMP RES 2.0) is analyzed. The calculation of the current cost of installing renewable generation facilities, included in the two generations of the state program of CSA RES, is carried out. The resulting calculation allows the article to compare the current market state and cost of solar and wind generation projects in Russia in comparison with international practice. In addition, the article outlines a path to achieve grid parity in the cost of electricity from renewable energy sources, taking into account the current situation. Based on the work done, recommendations are given on the way to develop a support system for renewable energy in Russia.

The scientific article presents the directions for the development of a competitive market in the service sector on the example of tourist services of the Republic of Tatarstan. The specifics of the market are reflected, key tasks are identified, and a rating of the most popular business ideas (startups) in the region is presented.

The scientific article proposes directions for supporting the competitiveness of the service sector on the example of the tourism industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The formation of the regional tourist and volunteer center is substantiated, which allows expanding additional types of regional domestic tourism and accumulating a control center at the point of the most demanded and visited geographically, which accumulates information and digital support with the help of volunteers.

The scientific article puts forward theoretical and practical provisions, in aggregate, constituting a new method of managing competitiveness in a market environment. The proposed methodology serves as the basis for the development of practical measures, and can be used for subsequent scientific and theoretical research, as well as in the practical work of enterprises in the field of tourism services and in the development of effective management decisions. The competitive market of tourist services and recreation is investigated on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The article deals with the mechanism of formation of the state industrial policy on the example of the aviation industry, the aviation industry is defined, its composition and structure are presented, the importance of the aviation industry for the strategic development of the state is analyzed and also it is proved that the  development rates of the aviation industry have a direct impact on the formation and support of the country’s defense, scientific and technological development ensuring the constitutional right of citizens to freedom of movement.
