Managing Group Conflicts in Industrial Enterprises. Part I

DOI: 10.33917/es-2.206.2026.138-143

In modern industrial enterprises, management can be carried out by administrative, institutionalized or non-institutional groups, as well as by a converging group built into the management structure for their coordinated functioning and development. These groups have their own goals and resources to achieve them [1]. Identification and analysis of potential conflicts between various groups, including between formal management and informal coalition teams representing socio-economic and other interests of the department employees, will enable managers to formulate practical recommendations for providing sustainable development of their industrial enterprises.
