The increase in the peak daily demand for natural gas in recent years in the autumn-winter seasons confirms the need to further increase the daily capacity of Gazprom’s gas storage facilities, as the main regulators of uneven gas consumption. Peak storage facilities should play an important role in addressing the issue of increasing the daily productivity of UGS. Throughout the world, the peak storage facilities are underground gas storage facilities in caverns of rock salt, having high economic efficiency in the conditions of the developed market relations.

The article defines the main effect-forming factors of gas storage in salt deposits and the main problems arising in the evaluation of the efficiency of investments in the construction of this type of UGS in Russia are considered.

The article describes the main decision support systems that provide the ability to manage enterprise resources. It reveals their advantages and disadvantages. It is shown that in modern conditions of digital transformation of enterprises and the necessity to increase the share of civil products up to 50% by 2025 in Russian high-tech enterprises, it is extremely important to introduce decision support systems. However, taking into account a closed nature of many such enterprises, as well as a number of shortcomings of systems, the article proposes a proprietary approach to building decision support systems that allows to manage a product life cycle while implementing innovative projects and gives an opportunity to assess its competitiveness and align its marketing strategy taking into account external factors, including risks.

One of the tools for implementing the project approach in the public administration field, improving the financial, technological and innovative potential of various sectors of the Russian economy is public-private partnership (PPP). A comparative assessment of the dynamics of the public-private partnership development in Russia and abroad determines the purpose of this paper. The paper also presents an analysis of trends in the development of the PPP market, which caused a surge of interest in PPP on the business part and the risks that arise in the process of PPP projects’ implementing.

Based on the study of the regulatory framework and comparative analysis of concepts, it is concluded that strategic forecasting should be considered as a special kind of forecasting, which is not identical to long-term and long-term forecasting. The principal specificity of strategic forecasting is its organic involvement in the complex of strategic management with the system of goal-setting. This determines the additional content of the logical scope of the concept.

The scientific article summarizes the experience of development and implementation in 2012-2015 medico-economic standards for endovascular treatment of diseases in the clinical practice of medical organizations involved in the implementation of the Moscow regional program of compulsory health insurance and an assessment of their effectiveness. It is concluded that the development strategy of endovascular treatment based on medical and economic standards improves the quality of medical care, improves the routing of patient flows, the intensity of hospital beds and provides effective endovascular care for patients. The standardization of endovascular care is a strategic priority for healthcare development.

The problems of expanding sources of financing the education system in Russia at the present stage of economic development are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the formation of sources of extrabudgetary funding for pre-school education. The content of the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education is analyzed taking into account its role in shaping the content and structure of the educational program of preschool education.
