Multi-purpose nature of corporate socio-economic systems in construction

The article purpose is to argue the need for interaction between the corporate goal and the process of corporate goal-setting in large corporations. The non-linear nature of the hierarchical structure of goals and the multi-purpose nature of corporate socio-economic systems in construction are substantiated. We formulated a number of basic methodological principles of hierarchical multi-purpose socio-economic systems goalsetting. There are carried out the classification of the corporate system goals in upper levels of the hierarchical construction corporate target structure. The results of the exploration showed that the corporate goals structure for socio-economic systems in construction should be basis on the principles of hierarchy, consistency of functional and target structures, multi-purpose nature, completeness and independence of a set of goals, and their dynamism.

Financial strategy for the sustainable development of a construction organization

The concept of sustainable development of a construction organization has been formulated. There is proposed an approach to solving issues of strategic planning and management based on a systems analysis of the relationship between sustainable development, financial potential and financial inclusion. The authors’ vision implies that financial potential is defined as a dynamic characteristic that determines the qualitative and quantitative assessment of a construction organization in terms of volumes, attractiveness and risks of investment. There are substantiated the necessity of consideration and methods for assessing financial inclusion at the corporate level.
