Digital technologies for operating the information activity of a subject based on artificial intelligence elements

DOI: 10.33917/mic-6.125.2025.5-11

The article dwells on the use of digital technologies for operating in the information sphere the activity of the subject of information relations based on the elements of artificial intelligence. The authors present an information technology for adapting individually oriented information messages generated by artificial intelligence services (semantic blocks), taking into account the personality characteristics, identified during observation, and formation of adapted messages that interpret events to set the vector of individualized logic for choosing a actions chain of the subject of information relations in the context of a complex epidemiological situation. It is proposed to provide digital support of information services for a configurable model of targeted development and targeted delivery of adapted packages of information messages to a consumer – a process with an expanded NLP component, in relation to the information picture of reality, a constantly reproducible action within the framework of information activities.

Sustainability of the economic supersystem of Russia and Belarus under nuclear attack

DOI: 10.33917/mic-2.121.2025.5-13

Approaches to ensuring the sustainability of the economic supersystem of Russia and Belarus in the event of a nuclear attack are formulated. The technology under consideration is proposed as an integral part of the infrastructural segment of the economic supersystem for work in the context of implementing complex special projects (operations) with the adoption of justified management decisions that fit into the boundaries of trust between the command center and the operational zone, focused on the priorities of the strategy for conducting the SVO.

Using supercomputer technologies to manage the operation of ultra-large organizational systems when implementing complex special projects (operations)

DOI: 10.33917/mic-1.114.2024.5-10

The article discusses the problems of studying the structural and functional variability of the work of a digital “twin” of an organizational agent in resource supply systems from the point of view of reliability and safety indicators when implementing complex special projects. It is proposed to integrate means of detection and generation of signals characterizing the technical condition of infrastructure facilities of the super resource supply system by online processing (analysis and interpretation) of technical, organizational and economic information using supercomputer technologies with the development of applied measures for configuring the correct operation of elements (agents).
