State strategic planning of education in Russia in the digital transformation of the economy

In the context of the most important legislative acts and strategic planning documents for the development of the education system and digital economy in Russia, the article examines modern problems in the implementation of the national project «Education» and the national program «Digital Economy of the Russian Federation». They identified the main contradictions and discrepancies in strategic goals, priorities, objectives and results associated with the dominance of technocratic and liberal market approaches to education management. The strategic guidelines and prospects for the digital transformation of the Russian education system are outlined.
