Culture as a Code in the National Economy’s Digital Twin

The article explains the “Culture as a Code” concept as an evolutionarily necessary stage in development of the complex organizations’ management systems and significant expansion in interpreting the “as-a-Code” concepts used in the IT industry: “management as a code” and “architecture as a code”. The author substantiates an assumption that formalization of management culture opens up the possibility of creating effective digital twins not only for corporations, but also at the industry and national level, as it is being done in China, in order to overcome institutional and social disunity.
