Theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the phenomenon «financial security and financial sovereignty of Russia in the context of global digitalization of economic activity»

Intensification of the development of world events both in the field of global governance and in the field of economics, associated mainly with the rapid development of scientific and technological progress, especially in the field of telecommunications and computing’s technologies, covered all life-forming spheres of peoples activities, which predetermined the need for a new scientific understanding of the problems in the field of ensuring the financial security of the Russian Federation in the context of digitalization of economic activity, as well as the protection of its financial sovereignty. These circumstances also determine the need for further development of the categorical apparatus and the formation of new approaches to the study of complex scientific problems in the field of ensuring the economic and its component of the financial security of the Russian Federation both in the context of active digitalization of economic activity and aggravated international economic and political conflicts.
