Subjects and Objects of Universal Evolution

The article continues a series of works dedicated to transition from a zoopopulation to a psychosocial formation. The concept of universal evolution suggests that the local universe is the *object* of development and its *subjects* constitute individuals, who have achieved a certain level of mental development. Formation of psychosocial subjects of evolution occurs in horizontal networks that have the unique property of anticipating reflection of reality. Transition to psychosocial formation may occur in the next decade if the vertical structures of the state power ensure interaction with horizontal network structures.
