Economic model for the implementation of early degassing of high-gas coal seams

This article is devoted to the development and analysis of an economic model for the implementation of early degassing of highly gaseous coal seams. In the context of constantly increasing requirements for ensuring the safety of mining operations, as well as reducing environmental and man-made impacts, the use of coal seam degassing methods at the stages of their development is of particular importance. Early degassing can significantly reduce the level of gas content in the working horizons, increase the safety of mine operation and reduce the cost of subsequent degassing and elimination of threats. The paper presents the basic principles of forming an economic model that takes into account all stages of the implementation of degassing measures. Special attention is paid to analyzing the costs of implementing degassing technologies, assessing the economic effectiveness of measures, taking into account possible risks and uncertainties.

Features and efficiency factors of the implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism of early degassing of coal seams

The implementation of an organizational and economic mechanism for early degassing of coal seams is an essential aspect of improving the safety, efficiency and environmental sustainability of the coal industry. Economic aspects show that with proper organization and modernization of degassing technologies, projects can be highly profitable, reducing costs through automation and the synergy of various methods. At the same time, significant investments require a balanced analysis and government support, which contributes to the development of safe and environmentally friendly technologies.

Methodical approach to the selection of areas promising for the early degassing preparation of coal deposits and the use of coalbed methane to improve the region’s economy

The methodological approach to the selection of promising areas for degassing includes both geological and economic factors. To do this, comprehensive studies should be conducted covering both the methane content in coal seams, as well as technical and economic parameters such as profitability and potential production volumes. Effective degassing not only reduces methane levels in the atmosphere, but also becomes a stage of economic development for the region, providing additional sources of income and jobs. This approach could play an important role in the transformation of the coal industry in Russia and beyond.

The concept of early degassing of coal seams for the development of the coal industry and the economy of the region

Early degassing of coal seams is one of the key technologies aimed at optimizing coal mining processes, minimizing negative environmental impacts, and increasing safety during coal mining. Advance degassing is a process in which hydrocarbon gas is removed from coal seams in advance, which reduces the risk of its accumulation and explosions during mine development. The creation of a concept for the implementation of early degassing of coal seams contributes to the development of the coal industry and, as a result, the development of the region’s economy.
