Recently research on the issues of civilizations, their history, their present, dialogue and the future has been intensified. One of the brightest scientists working in this direction is undoubtedly Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Doctor of Economics, Chairman of the Civilizational Studies Department of the International Academy of Global Studies (IAGS), Professor Yuri V. Yakovets. What is the scientific novelty of his works?
Widely used in Russia, the typical methodology of “high-speed foresight” has a number of shortcomings and limitations. Based on recent discoveries of social anthropology and cognitive neuroscience, a transition to “shamanistic foresight” is possible. The new methodology can be effectively used to form a long-term vision for the future of the Siberian and Far Eastern regions of the Russian Federation.
The article is dedicated to consideration of the post-industrial armed conflict in the light of the non-digital world concept. It is shown that technological essence of the post-industrial war represents evolution management for military purposes. A memory cell model of dynamic self-awareness as an elementary “brick” of evolution is proposed. A logical operation — addition of memory cells, which creates a continuous cellular structure of the self-awareness memory, — is proposed. The article describes the method for solving the problem of controlled creation of the alive from the inanimate as a R&D direction in creating an artificial consciousness capable of self-evolution for the purposes of developing new types of autonomous weapons, reconnaissance systems, combat planning and control with psychic properties superior to the human psychic properties.
The author studies the global development scenario up to the XXV century, when the population will reach 50 billion people. He considers the option, when the population is located in areas favorable for living and all manufacturing is transferred into the space. This will allow to minimize radically chemical, biological and thermal load on the planet. For realizing scenario there is a necessity for key technologies that provide space cargo flow, labor globalization technologies, as well as 3D-construction technologies. The article provides a description of these technologies. It is shown that the main obstacle to expansion into space is rocket technology, which is fundamentally unsuitable for providing space cargo traffic at the level of several billion tons a year. The author considers possibilities of promising technology for bringing out goods into space via stratospheric spaceports. Three groups of future technologies, crucial for development of civilization, are being actively developed. Soon they will become mass technologies, providing a solution to major global challenges.
The concept of the “hybrid warfare” has become relevant and quite popular after the Crimea joining to Russia, military operations in the Donbass and growing turbulence associated with the Islamic state phenomenon. These events have substantially influenced the concept of modern warfare, security strategy, combining tools from the conventional, guerrilla, cyber and information warfare arsenals. The report was presented at the special event “Hybrid warfare. The armed conflicts shape and palette in the XXI century” within the XXV Economic Forum in Poland.
