Methods and digital models of clustering and special economic zones

The author’s point of view on the procedure for designing an industrial cluster as an organizational and economic system that differs from an ordinary production enterprise in its goals, the nature of cooperation between participants and interaction technologies is proposed. Disclosed are the possibilities of using modern digital methods and models when performing various design stages.
